The aim of the project is to synthesize new p-type organic semiconductors containing carbazolyl- and fluorenylgroups for efficient perovskite solar cells.
N- (9-Ethylcarbazol-3-yl) -4-methoxyaniline was synthesized by reaction of 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole with 4-bromoanisole. New hole transporting semiconductors were synthesized by reaction of aniline class material with different fluorene class compounds, obtained by alkylation of 2,7-dibromofluorene with methyl iodide and 2-ethylhexyl bromide.
Project funding:
Project is funded by EU Structural Funds according to the 2014–2020 Operational Programme for the European Union Funds’ Investments priority “Development of scientific competence of researchers, other researchers, students through practical scientific activities” under Measure No. 09.3.3-LMT-K-712.
